Shanklish Pie

1 ball Jemila Shanklish
1 Jemila Lebanese Bread Mix
3/4 cup onion, diced
3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
2-3 Tbs lemon juice

Mix Jemila Lebanese Bread Mix per package instructions. Set aside to rise.

While dough is rising prepare the filling by crumbling a whole ball of Jemila Shanklish in a medium mixing bowl. Mix in onion, olive oil, and lemon juice. Set aside.

Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces. Flatten each to a 6″x 6″ rectangular crust. Place 1/4 of the shanklish mixture in the center of each crust. Pull two opposite corners over top of the filling and pinch together in the center to keep in place. Do the same with the other two opposite corners. Pinch the x-shaped seams if needed in order to keep together while baking.

Bake 15-18 minutes at 400°, or until the dough begins to brown.
