Zaatar (4 oz. bag)

Description

Zaatar is the Arabic term for thyme and the generic term for a spice blend of thyme, sumac (generally unavailable in the U.S.), toasted sesame seeds and salt.

Zaatar is traditionally mixed with olive oil and pinched with pita bread.

It adds a unique flavor to everything it touches – pizza, eggs and salads, sauces – and there’s nothing better with feta cheese. It’s a pantry and kitchen must-have!
